Is your order not entirely to your liking? Don't worry, you can easily return the item, provided you meet the following conditions:

✔ Register your return within 7 days of receipt using the form below.

✔ Please send your return shipment within 7 days of registration.

✔ Sufficiently franked returns – only correctly franked packages will be accepted. Unfranked or insufficiently franked shipments will not be accepted.

Important return conditions:

🔹 Returns are at your own risk. We advise to send with a track & trace and to keep the proof of shipment. PIP&CO is not responsible for loss, theft or damage during return shipping.

🔹 The item must be unused, unwashed and undamaged , in the original packaging with the labels attached.

🔹 Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. No return label will be provided.

🔹 When returning, always choose "PIP&CO Postbus 99, 2910 AB, Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel" . Packages sent to a collection point will not be collected.

Refund & Exchange

After approval of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days .

Did you pay via Klarna? Then the invoice will be cancelled for you.

Exchanges are not possible. Do you want another item? Then place a new order.

To process your return, please complete the return form in advance, print it out after sending and include it in your package.
