We offer free shipping for orders over €100. For orders under this amount we charge €4.95 or €6.95 shipping costs within the Netherlands.

For other countries in Europe:
During your purchase, an automatic system will indicate the shipping costs outside the borders of the Netherlands.

How long does a delivery take and how can I track my order?

What is your return policy? You can return your order within 14 days , as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that a package can be in transit for several days.

How can I return a product? Follow the return policy. Use the return form and add it to your order. After filling it in, you will receive an automatic email with PDF. Check your email address carefully before sending.
